Dragon Glass Mail is an online only small business located in Orange County, CA.


Processing and Shipping Times

Most items are already made and ready to ship.

Orders typically ship within one to three business days after cleared payment. USPS First Class is the standard method for shipping. Shipping upgrades and insurance are available upon request. Currently, items ship to the United States and Canada.

When an item is made to order (as specified in item description), production time will typically take less than two weeks depending on the specific item and necessary supplies being in stock. When ordering a custom item, I’ll give you an estimate of production time before being shipped.
 

Payments

Payments during checkout are currently accepted via credit card and debit card through PayPal and Stripe. All payments are secure, and your card information is only seen by the payment processor.
 

Privacy Policy

Any information collected by Dragon Glass Mail during the checkout process and communication is kept confidential. Nothing is sold to a third-party, nor added to any mailing list. For more information, visit the Privacy Policy page.
 

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted, just contact me within 7 days of receiving your item and send the item back to me within 14 days. Make sure to contact me first before making a return or exchange, otherwise your return/exchange will not be accepted.

Returns can be completed for a refund of the purchase price (no refunds on shipping costs).
 
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund for the full item amount is dependent on receiving the item in it’s original condition.
 

Additional Policies

Custom orders are accepted, even if it’s just a different color of something I already have for sale. Contact me with what you have in mind to start the conversation.

Repairs

The items available through Dragon Glass Mail are carefully made and meant to be durable. But this doesn’t mean the items are break-proof. So please do use care and common sense when wearing and storing your items.

If the need arises for a repair of your chainmaille, please do send an email with a picture of your item to start the process. There’s a good chance it can be repaired for you. Just pay for shipping it to me (otherwise repairs are typically free of charge). Keep in mind to take care of your items, as there is a limit to getting repairs. Thanks!
